2. Description of Service
TryBazi provides personalized BaZi (Chinese Four Pillars of Destiny) readings based on your birth information. Our readings are generated for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice.
3. Disclaimer
BaZi readings are based on traditional Chinese metaphysics and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. TryBazi makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any reading to your individual circumstances. You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on these readings are solely your own responsibility.
4. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final. Due to the digital and personalized nature of our readings, we do not offer refunds once a reading has been generated and delivered. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your reading, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate birth information for the purpose of generating your reading. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm TryBazi or other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on TryBazi, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, is the property of TryBazi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your personalized reading is for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryBazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
